The Special Projects Sewer Committee for Godfrey recently examined a storm water funding initiative.

The Special Projects Sewer Committee for Godfrey, Illinois, recently met to examine the storm water funding initiative and a host of existing items of business.

During the existing business portion of the meeting, the committee looked at the Special Service Area, Tap On Costs-Route 3 Extension and Future Collection Systems. Additionally, it assessed the impact the I255-Potential Sewer Development would have on the northwest quadrant of the village.

Also discussed were the ARC American Residential Communities, the Villa Marie area water issues, the Frontenac Lift Station SSO, the Northeast Interceptor upgrade, the Warren Levis Lagoon survey, the sanitary sewer relocation and the design proposal for the plant lift station and sodium hypo chlorine building.
