Alton Police Pension Board to meet on issues raised by AON actuaries

The Police Pension Board for the city of Alton will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday to discuss issues raised by AON actuaries and other new and existing business items.

At the last City Council meeting, AON actuaries raised issues regarding the pension fund. The board plans to discuss these issues. It will also draft a request for the proposal for consultants and investors.

Existing business items include a discussion on the status of the Ty Cottingham QILDRO Calculation Order, a review and approval of Michael Morrison’s disability decision and order and a discussion on the status of board members filing economic interest disclosure forms with the county clerk.

The meeting will be held at Alton City Hall, which is located at 101 E. Third St.
