Alton's City Plan Commission will hold a public hearing 1:15 p.m. Tuesday to consider a special use permit case.
Ebony Pirtle and Keith Brown will present their argument for a special use permit to operate a childcare center at their property, 935 Tremont.
The hearing will take place in the Alton City Council Chambers, located at 101 E. Third St.
