The Civil Service Commission for Collinsville will hold a special meeting 5 p.m. Wednesday.
The commission will go over any existing and new business items on the agenda and allow speakers, who will have four minutes each to speak, from the floor.
The meeting will take place in the training room at City Hall, which is located at 125 South Center St.
