The Madison County Planning & Development Committee will meet at 4:30 p.m. April 18 to discuss a resolution on the Zoning Board of Appeals’ findings.
In addition, members will discuss the recommendation for zoning file Z15-0088, a petition of Jon Metheny, requesting a Special Use Permit in order to continue the placement of a double-wide manufactured home on site for the occupancy of Scott and Patti Williams for a period not to exceed five years.
The commission also will discuss new business at the meeting, including resolutions and purchasing orders.
