The Alton Police Pension Board met at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 26.

Here are the meeting minutes as provided by the Alton Police Pension Board:

a. Status of annual disability review of Tracy Winka

b. Status of all board members receiving mandatory trustee training, including annual FOIA/ OMA training for FOIA/ OMA officer.

c. Review and approve amended John Wethington Warrant for benefits

d. Discuss status of new security administrator form to Illinois department of insurance to be signed and filed before August 1, 2016.

e. Review status of pending audit and annual statement and interrogatories from auditor. F/Y 3/31. Filing deadline with Illinois department of insurance is September 30, 2016. DOI no longer grants extensions for filing.
