Alderman Williams called the Insurance & Safety Committee Meeting to order.
Motion by Williams, second by Simpson to go into closed session. All Voted Yes. Motion carried.
Motion by Pickerell, second by Davis to come out of closed session. All Voted Yes. Motion
Carried.
Motion by Williams, second by Simpson by give attorney authority to settle the cases as discussed and file #490 and #324 to settle on the attorney’s recommendation. All Voted Yes.
Motion Carried.
Motion by Williams, second by Schmidtke to adjourn the Insurance and Safety Committee
Meeting. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
