The Glen Carbon Building and Development Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 6:00p.m. the agenda will be as follows:

Roll Call

Review of previous meeting minutes.

Citizens Wishing To Address the Committee.

Building and Zoning Administrator Report.

New Business:

1. Discussion and Approval of a Re-Zoning Request from A1-Agricultural to CG-Genera Commercial for a 54 Acre Parcel located at the Southwest Corner of Governors Parkway and Troy Road, commonly known as 2399 Troy Road - Caplaco Twenty-Six, inc. and Glen Carbon 54, LLC.

2. Discussion and Approval of a PDP Request for development of a Commercial Retail Shopping Center, to be known as "The Promenade", located on a 54 Acre Parcel at the Southwest Corner of Governors Parkway and Troy Road - Caplaco Twenty-Six Inc. and Glen Carbon 54, LLC.

3. Discussion and Approval of a Final Plat for the NSD Group for property located at State Route 157 and West Main Street - Oates Associates Inc.

4. Discussion and Approval of a Subdivision Plat for the Bakos Subdivision located on East Ingle Drive.

Administrative:

1. Discussion of partnership with Habitat for Humanity.
