Proposed Ordinance No. 7-‘17, an Ordinance authorizing an amendment of a Redevelopment

Agreement with Fairview Heights 881 Fee, LLC. (Community Committee)

Proposed Resolution No. 6-‘17 , a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement

with Lt. Michael Hoguet for the sale of (1) duty belt with buckle, (1) set of handcuffs with case and

(1) Apple IPad which are no longer needed by the Fairview Heights Police Department.

Proposed Resolution No. 7-‘17, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement

with the Gulf Shores Police Department for the sale of One (1) Protective Point Blank Ballistic Vest

no longer needed by the Fairview Heights Police Department. (Administration Committee)

Move to reappoint Nick Correale to the Planning Commission, term to expire February 18, 2020.
