A. To Do

1. Siren painting

2. Updates to museum -doors, restroom, old PD area

B. Six foot display case up at Village Hall-baseball for couple months

Old business:

A. Recruitment of new members: Articles/pictures in newspaper. Use “Memories from Maryville” Facebook page to help get volunteers.

B. Projects in Progress

1. Ongoing: Marker for Donk Mine, cemetery rubbings, Sliva log cabin, Village aerial photos, SAMs Club

2. Interviews: Up next Tony Barbarotto Suggestion to contact AV club

3. Loom cleaning –Marylin and Beckie

4. Museum inventory put into Past Perfect – ongoing project

5. Reconfigure display area. Work in progress.

6. Homecoming Display – New for 2017 - taste of the museum

7. Chinatown Road historical sign

8. Village Hall display case – current is baseball

9. Maryville Rocks – Spring project? – on hold for awhile

10. DVD of past Homecomings and new DVD sent to museum –copies

11. Al Hrubetz fundraiser? Maryville books – sell,sell,sell

12. Loading dock clean up – old mine entrance/marker

13. Stand at 2017 Homecoming & sell tickets/shirts, raise $$ and improve exposure.

14. Old civic center property-??

15. Holiday tree/display for Christmas – positive response on FB

16. Maryville t-shirt design 17. Display at art contest March 19

18. Old copy machine – needs to be brought out

19. May 26 concert in the park display

20. Folding table – purchased for $39 from Walmart

21. Tent canopy – Village has one according to Marvin.

22. Museum brochures made up
