City of Alton Committee of the Whole met May 8.
Here is the agenda as provided by the committee:

3. Audit of Accounts.
4. Resolution, re: That the parking lot located between Henry Street and Landmarks
Boulevard be used on Wednesday’s and on Saturday’s beginning May 13, 2017 and
ending October 14, 2017, for the Alton Farmers and Artisans Market.
5. Resolution, re: East End Improvement Association Inc. and Upper Alton Association,
Inc. are sponsoring a Memorial Day Parade in the City of Alton and will require the
temporary closure of Illinois Route 140, a State Highway in the City of Alton from
Brown Street to College Avenue and from Washington Avenue to Clawson Street on
May 29, 2017.
6. Bid Report and Resolution, re: 2017 MFT Maintenance Material Proposal Alton, Illinois.
7. Bid Report and Resolution, re: 2017 MFT Concrete Repairs Sidewalk, Curb, and
Driveway Replacement.
