Alderman Jackstadt called the Economic Development Committee Meeting to order.
Jackstadt stated that we have a lien waiver for 1439 Madison Ave. The total amount of the lien is $6,936.78 and he would like to do a no consideration transfer.
Discussion by Mayor, Attorney, Treasure Valle and the Council about the lien waiver at 1439 Madison Ave and the stipulations for acquiring the property.
Motion by Jackstadt, second by Williams to forgive the lien and have the new owner pay for deeding of the land for tax purposes. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
Motion by Jackstadt, second by Simpson to adjourn the Economic Development Committee Meeting to order. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
