City of Granite City Wastewater Committee met May 16.

Alderman Davis called the Wastewater Committee Meeting to order.
Davis turned over to Treasurer Valle to discuss lien waiver on Benton St.
Valle stated that everything is approved and we are releasing to the new landlord; we are ready to release the lien in the amount of $321.14 for the property at Benton Ave.
Motion by Williams, second by Jackstadt to release the liens on the property for the new owner and the original owner will still owe for liens. All Voted Yes. Motion.
Motion by Williams, second by Jackstadt to adjourn the Wastewater Committee Meeting. All Voted Yes. Motion Carried.
