Action Items:

• Approval of an Agreement with Nelson Systems Incorporated for the purchase and installation of the Eventide NexLog 740 Recording System, for the new Public Safety Building, 333 S. Main Street, for the total amount of $10,882.50

• Approval of an Agreement with Nelson Systems Incorporated for the purchase and installation of the Liberty System Interview Room Recording System for the new Public Safety Building, 333 S. Main Street, for the total amount of $22,391.60

• Approval to award the Public Safety Furniture Relocation Services to Dodge Moving and Storage Inc. in the amount of $12,529.00

• Approval of a Sole Source Resolution authorizing the purchase of a Fountain Pump from HydroDramatics

• An Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Article II, Division 3 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Designation of Stop Intersections)

Informational Items:

• Change Order #16 to IMPACT Strategies Inc. in the amount of $5,379.00 for the Public Safety Facility Project

• Change Order #17 to IMPACT Strategies Inc. in the amount of $3,756.00 for the Public Safety Facility Project

• Relocation of the mural to the new Public Safety site
