a. Resolution, re: Finance Committee Bills be allowed and payment be made.

b. Resolution, re: The City Council has determined to adopt the recommendation of the Illinois Municipal League with regard to the Public Safety Employees Benefit Act and that the attached ordinance providing an administrative procedure for assessing and determining claims under the Public Safety Employees Benefit Act of Illinois be considered.

c. Resolution, re: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish the attached Notice of Sale of municipally-owned real property for three (3) consecutive weeks with the date of initial publication on or about June 9, 2018.

d. Resolution, re: That its officials and agents are hereby authorized to pursue appropriate legal action against such properties in the Circuit Court as listed below: 2420 Elizabeth

e. Resolution, re: The City of Alton has been granted federal STU funds for a resurfacing improvement project on East Broadway and that upon receipt of the final version from Idot, the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the Grant Agreement between the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation and the City of Alton.

f. Resolution, re: That the Mayor and appropriate officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Alton the attached Intergovernmental Agreement for Contract Police Services.

a. Ordinance No. 7640. An Ordinance amending the Traffic Code of the City of Alton, Illinois, to establish stop signs on 4th Street at the intersection of George Street and to

repeal an Ordinance establishing a similar stop sign requirement on 3rd Street.

Resolution, re: That a Special Use Permit be granted on the property identified by permanent parcel number 23-1-08-04-01-101-005.005, Section 4, Township 5 North, Range 9 West of the Third Principal Meridian, also known as 1651 Storey Lane, Alton, Illinois, for a communication tower, with evergreens planted around structure as a buffer. 15. Approval Of Actions Taken Under Suspension Of Rules At Prior Meeting.

a. Resolution, re: The City Council of the City of Alton, Illinois recognizes that there are significant potential cost savings to the tax payers of the City of Alton by eliminating Alton Township, because Alton Township is coterminous with the City of Alton and that the Mayor is hereby directed to execute the attached Notice of Public Hearing for June 27, 2018 and the City Clerk is directed to publish the Notice of Public Hearing all in accordance with the requirements of Illinois State Statues 60 ILCS 1/29-10.

b. Resolution, re: That upon acceptance of the best bid from a financial institution for the financing as aforesaid, the Mayor, Comptroller, Police Chief or any other appropriate city official are further authorized and directed to sign and execute any and all documents necessary to purchase Four (4) Ford Utility Interception AWD Explorers from Morrow Brothers of Greenfield, Illinois and to equip the vehicles in accordance with the specifications attached hereto and made a part hereof.

c. Resolution, re: City Council deems it appropriate to amend Section 3 of Chapter 21 of Title 4 of the City Code regarding Regulatory Certificates related to landlord licensing and that the attached ordinance be considered.

d. Ordinance No. 7641. An Ordinance amending Section 3 of Chapter 21 of Title 4 of the City Code of the City of Alton regarding regulatory certificates related to Landlord Licensing.
