Citizens to Elect Frazier Garner owes $10,000 in fines

The campaign committee Citizens to Elect Frazier Garner owes a $5,000 fine imposed on Aug. 31, 2016, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $5,000 with Frazier Garner listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 17 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $237,638 in pending fines.
