      2.1 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with The Kilian Corporation, for the Presidential Streets Stormwater Remediation-Phase 4 project in the amount of $1,068,864.95, based on their unit price bid.

      2.2 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Gonzalez Companies, LLC, for Construction Engineering Services related to the Presidential Streets Stormwater Remediation - Phase 4 project no to exceed the amount of $76,820.00, excluding potential reimbursables.

      2.3 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Gonzalez Companies, LLC, for Engineering Design Services related to the Presidential Streets Stormwater Remediation - Phase 5 project no to exceed the amount of $105,165.00, excluding potential reimbursables.

      2.4 Resolution authorizing the Mayor, City Clerk and Director of Public Works to execute all Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) documentation regarding the transfer of right-of-way for the Four Points Center Rec Plex Project Job Number R-98-005-16.

      2.5 Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Gonzalez Companies, LLC., for the Southview Gardens Subdivision Water Main Replacement Phase 2 in the amount of $98,000.00, with additional easement costs as needed.
