Approval of Minutes Change John Proffitt's title to Captain. Motion and second were made by Alderman Pat Peck Alderman Denise Williams to approve the amended May 15, 2019 minutes. The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
Finance Alderman Pat Peck, Acting Chairman
Bill List Motion and second were made by Alderman Denise Williams/Alderman Pat Baeske to approve the bill list in the amount of $2,624,712.53. The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.
CIP Plan Director Harty presented a budget amendment to adhere to original CIP Plan. Motion and second were made by Alderman Pat BaeskelAlderman Denise Williams to forward to City Council. The motion carried by voice vote and was unanimous.

State of Department Chief Locke presented the state of the department report.
