a. Resolution, re: Finance Committee bills be allowed and payment be made.

b. Resolution, re: The US Department of Veterans Affairs has requested that the City execute the attached Quit Claim Deed regarding the North Alton Confederate Cemetery and that the Mayor and appropriate city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Alton the attached QUIT CLAIM DEED.

c. Resolution, re: That the Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Alton, Illinois and Waterfront Properties Holdings LLC be amended in Section 11 A so as to change the potential funds provided to the developer in “Redevelopment Assistance”.

d. Resolution, re: That officials of the Dept. of Planning & Development are hereby authorized and directed to solicit bids for dredging of the Alton Marina.

e. Resolution, re: That the Mayor and appropriate city officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Alton the attached ASSIGNMENT ASSUMPTION OF REGULATORY AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS concerning a transfer of ownership of Marian Heights.

f. Resolution, re: That officials of the Dept. of Planning & Development are hereby authorized and directed to execute the attached proposal from Juneau Associates Inc. for land surveying and civil engineering services with said costs paid from the TIGER Grant/Wadlow project account.

g. Resolution, re: That the Redevelopment Agreement between the City of Alton, Illinois and Alton Encore Properties, LLC be amended in Section 11 A so as to change the potential funds provided to the developer in “Redevelopment Assistance”.

h. Resolution, re: That the City Council consider a Budget and Appropriation Ordinance No. 7757 in substantially the form as attached hereto for the fiscal year commencing on the 1st day of April, 2020 and ending on the 31st day of March, 2021.

Resolution, re: Bids were received by the Illinois Department of Transportation on April 24, 2020 for the improvement of State Street known as Section 16-00238-00-RS located from 200 feet south of Rozier Street to 300 feet north of Delmar Avenue and that the City of Alton concurs with the Illinois Department of Transportation’s award of the construction contract for the project to the low bidder.

b. Resolution, re: That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to make payment from the Western Military Academy Memorial Site Fund to Braun Services in the amount of $578.00 pursuant to the minutes and invoice.
