Alderman Eavenson called the Risk Management Committee Meeting to order.
Eavenson stated that we have an Ordinance that is up for approval tonight an Ordinance to authorize Health Insurance Benefits for Retired Police Officer under the Public Safety Employee Benefits Acts.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Koberna to approve an Ordinance to authorize Health Insurance Benefits for Retired Police Officer under the Public Safety Employee Benefits Acts. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Williams to go into Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Williams to come out of Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Williams to give the attorney settlement authority as discussed in Closed Session. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
MOTION By Eavenson, second by Koberna to adjourn the Risk Management Committee Meeting. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried.
