City of Granite City Council met July 6.

ATTENDANCE ROLL CALL: McDowell, Williams, Pickerell, Elliott, Eavenson, Davis, Smith, Harrington, LeMaster, Hawkins, Clerk De Yong, and Mayor Parkinson, Were Present. 

Motion By Harrington, second by Eavenson to Place On File the City Council Minutes from

MOTION By Eavenson, second by Harrington to extend the hours for music at Nick's Bar 8:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., to close off the alley from the event to Walgreens, to close off and have no parking on Amos and Fairoaks under the Supervision of the Police Department and Public Works. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried. 

MOTION By McDowell, second by Smith to Approve the Curb Cut at 2900 Emzee Ave. ALL VOTED YES. Motion Carried. 

MOTION By McDowell, second by Eavenson to Approve a Resolution for the Demo or Repair of a Dangerous and Unsafe Building at 2609 Cayuga St.

MOTION By LeMaster, second by Smith to Suspend the Rule and Place on Final Passage an Ordinance to Amend Section 5.04.070 of the Granite City Municipal Code to allow for Curbside Pick-Up and Delivery of Alcoholic Beverage at certain Licensed Establishment.
