1. CALL TO ORDER / OPENING REMARKS
Chairman Tom Bell called the meeting to order at 1:20 p.m..
2. ROLL CALL OF MEMBERS AND STAFF
• PRESENT - Chairman Tom Bell, Bryan Jarvis, Robert Roehig, Joe Harnist
• ABSENT Ryan Diekemper, Josh Hader
• STAFF MEMBERS - City of Belleville Electrical Inspector Ed Escobedo, Assistant City Attorney Lloyd. Cueto, Deputy Fired Chief Jason Rumpf
• GUESTS - James Lamb & Drew Bartley-Morrison Plumbing
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - April 28, 2023
Motion to approve the minutes for April 28, 2023

4. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Drew Bartley from Morrison Plumbing stated that James Lamb is still employed by Morrison Plumbing through an employee contract. Discussion was held between the Electrical Commission, Attorney Lloyd Cueto and Drew Bartley about the ordinance for being a licensed electrical contractor with the City of Belleville.
5. New Business
DM Electric, Heating & Cooling- David Braswell Application Review
The commission member reviewed an application submitted by DM Electric, Heating and Cooling and Mr. David Braswell as designee. Discussion was held.
Motion was made to approve DM Electric, Heating and Cooling and Mr. David Braswell for an electrical license.

• Kohrmann Electric Co, Inc- Eric Pingsterhaus Application Review
The commission members reviewed the application submitted by Kohrmann Electric Co, Inc as designee. Discussion was held.
Motion was made to approve Kohrmann Electric Co, Inc and Mr. Eric Pingsterhaus to take the ProV exam.

• BRDA Electric, Inc- Zachary Brda Review
The commission members reviewed the W2's that were sent in and have approved Mr. Zachary Brda to get an electrical license.
• Fluent Solar- James Hickman Review
The commission members and Assistant City Attorney Lloyd Cueto discussed Mr. James Hickman receiving an electrical license.
Motion was made to approve Fluent Solar and Mr. James Hickman for an electrical license.

• Sun Solar- Scott LeDuc Review
Mr. Ed Escabedo stated that Sun Solar started a job with no permit or plans. A permit was issued but they have never paid for their license. No other permits will be issued until this is resolved. A Zoom call with Sun Solar & Scott LeDuc was requested for the next meeting.
• Ordinance Review
Mr. Cueto and the commission members discussed the city electrical ordinance to determine language changes.
• Meter Changes
The commission discussed Ameren and meter changes.
