2) Ordinance Amending Chapters 2, 46, and 62 Concerning Merger of Public Safety and Public Services Committee - First Reading - Kevin Head presented information - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

3) Resolution Authorizing the Application for 2024 DCEO Tourism Attraction Grant Funds - Nate Tingley presented information - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

4) City of Edwardsville Commercial Building Façade Application for C.W. Byron Properties at 122, 124, 126 N Main St. in the amount not to exceed $8,665.25 amended to $12,476.72 - James Arnold presented information on HPC approval after initial approval - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

5) Ordinance Establishing the Main Street Business District; Approving a Business District Plan; Authorizing the Imposition and Collection of Sales Tax within such Business District; and Approving Certain Actions in Connection with the Establishment of such Business District First Reading - James Arnold presented information. - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

6) City of Edwardsville Commercial Building Improvement Program Application for 132 N Main Street in the amount not to exceed $4,766.25 - James Arnold presented for Big Daddy's and stated they were making ADA improvements. Steve Seibert from Big Daddy's presented - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

7) Resolution Authorizing Sign Variances at 6151 Trace Parkway Drive

A. Variance for frontage transfer from the building east side to the south side - Motion to approval (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

B. Variance for a projecting sign to be closer than eight (8) feet to the ground or pavement - Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

8) Resolution Authorizing Sign Variances at 145 West Street

A. Variance for frontage transfer from the buildings south side to the west side

B. Variance to exceed the 300 square feet of signage per building

C. Variance to have two freestanding signs instead of the allowable one freestanding sign
