A. Approval of Minutes from the December 12, 2023 Public Services Committee meeting: 

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Morrison seconding the motion. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for information. 

B. Approval of Minutes from the November 28, 2023 Public Safety Committee meeting: 

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Patton seconding the motion. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for information. 

C. Approval of a Sole Source Resolution for the Purchase of Two (2) 2023 Ram 3500 Service Trucks from Victory Lane Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Carlinville in the total amount of $129,424.00 

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Morrison seconding the motion. Staff explained that this is for the Street Division and Sewer Division of Public Works. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for consideration. 

D. Approval to Purchase Two (2) Medium Duty Dump Bodies and Hydraulic Packages from Viking-Cives Midwest, Inc through the Sourcewell Joint Purchasing Contract 062222- VCM in the amount of $105,688.00 

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Morrison seconding the motion. Staff explained that this is a budgeted item to complete 2 dump trucks for the Street Department. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for consideration. 

E. Approval of a Resolution Authorizing the Police Department to Apply for the Sustained Traffic Enforcement Program Grant FFY2025 

Alderman Warren made a motion to approve with Alderman Morrison seconding the motion. Staff explained that this is for additional enforcement of Impaired Driving, Distracted Driving and Occupant Protection laws. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for consideration. 

F. Approval of a Resolution Authorizing an Adopt-A-Highway Agreement with The Land of Goshen Rotary Club

G. Approval of a Resolution Authorizing an Adopt-A-Highway Agreement with Paul and Mary Peters
