A. Discussion and possible motion to approve a development agreement with G Level and Squared for the remodeling of the Harp Pub at the property commonly known as 1112 West Main Street.

• Old Business:

A. Trolley Circle – Discussion and possible motion to approve a 1-year extension to the previously approved agreement for property Tax Rebate to aid in the construction costs for the development.

• Departmental Update:

• Executive Session: The Economic Development & Annexation Committee may go into executive session to discuss the property acquisition or transfer of property, (5 ILCS 120/2(c)).
