• Motion to waive the formal bidding procedures and utilize the Sourcewell contract #110223-NWY to purchase two new 2026 International HV 607 20 yd rear load sanitation trucks from Elliott Equipment Co. in the amount of $510,000.
• Motion to approve hiring Hank’s Excavating & Landscaping, Inc. to make emergency repairs to fix erosion issue at Mt. Hope Cemetery at an estimated cost of $20,000, plus an approximate cost of $7,000 for rock.
• Motion to approve closing TIF 12 Fund, and transferring any remaining funds after final bills are paid.
• Motion to approve budget amendments, as recommended by the Finance Director.
• Motion to receive and file revenue sources.
