9. Director’s Report

A. Motion to waive tap-in fees in the amount of $7,320 in lieu of utilizing the Sewer Lateral Repair Program for Scott Credit Union located at 4807 W. Main St.

B. Motion to enter into an agreement with MaintainX Inc. for maintenance management software with an annual fee of $7,020.

C. Motion to approve agreement with Gonzalez Co. for the design of the LaSalle St. Sewer Main Replacement for $19,800.00.
