B. Motion to waive formal bidding procedure and approve purchase of one (1) 2026 Ford E-450 with CUES, Inc. Sewer Inspection Camera System, utilizing Sourcewell contract #032824-NAF in the amount of $594,495.09 from EJ Equipment.
