1) An Ordinance Establishing an Enterprise Zone Encompassing Contiguous Portions Within the County of Madison, City of Edwardsville, and Village of Pontoon Beach – Discussion held regarding the boundary and qualifications of the Enterprise Zone – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

B. NEW ITEMS

1) Approval of an Ordinance Imposing Lift Assist Fees for the City of Edwardsville – First Reading – Chief McKee discussed the ordinance – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

2) Approval to Award the Leclaire Park Wall Reconstruction Contract to Stutz Excavating in the amount of $349,832.95 – Nate Tingley discussed the project – Motion to deny (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all nays to forward to Council

3) Approval to Award the City Wide Hail Damage Shingle Roofing and Accessories Replacement Contract to D.E. Martin Roofing Co. Inc. in the amount of $300,322.00- There are 23 structures in total. Five companies attended the mandatory pre job, but there was only one bidder – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes
