A. Letter from Zoning Board of Appeals regarding a Variance for 824 St. Louis Street

B. NEW ITEMS:

1) An Ordinance Approving an Annexation concerning 1401 Grand Avenue – First Reading. Steve Stricklan gave information. – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

2) City of Edwardsville Commercial Building Façade Application for The Albert located at 207 St. Louis St. in the amount not to exceed $25,000 – Eric Williams gave information. Will Krause said that the completion of the development was discussed months ago and asked what this grant was intended for. Matt Pfund gave information. – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

3) Approval of Change Order for the East Fire Station in the amount of $99,279.00 (Landscape Package) – Eric Williams gave information. This was a planned update from the original. Will Krause would like Arbor Vitae trees replaced with better ones. – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Krause) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

4) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Article IV, Division 2 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Limited or Prohibited Parking Areas – Governors Parkway) – First Reading – Eric Williams explained that all portions of Governors Parkway in the City should be enforceable no parking. – Motion to approve (Grant), seconded (Burns) and voted all ayes to forward to Council
