1) Approval of an Ordinance Amending Chapter 82, Article II of the Codified Ordinances of Edwardsville, Illinois Concerning Solicitors – Jeff Berkbigler discussed changes to canvassing, permit language and other items in the ordinance since the first reading – Motion to approve (Krause), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council

2) Resolution Authorizing Signing of the Field Use and Lease Agreement with the Edwardsville YMCA – Nate Tingley discussed the proposed agreement starting in July – Motion to approve (Krause), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council
3) Approval of a Sole Source Resolution Authorizing the Awarding of a Contract to Helitech for the Installation of Phase Two of a Basement Waterproofing System at the Children’s Museum Building in the amount of $36,868 – Nate Tingley provided information on the waterproofing system – Motion to approve (Krause), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council
4) Approval of a Professional Services Agreement with TWM, Inc. for Future Parks at Benton Street and Gerber / Governors Parkway – Nate Tingley provided information – Motion to approve (Krause), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council 5) Approval of RASE Board Items from the June 3, 2025 meeting:
A. United to Revive Edwardsville Concert ft. Beverly Farms Choir (Thursday, July 31) – Nate Tingley gave information on the new event – Motion to approve (Krause), seconded (Miracle) and voted all ayes to forward to Council
