A. Approval of Minutes from the February 25, 2026 Public Services Committee meeting:

Alderman Hanna made a motion to approve with Alderman Morrison seconding the motion. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for information.

B. Approval to Purchase a 2026 Ford F150 Pickup Truck from Olathe Ford Sales, Inc. through the Sourcewell Joint Purchasing Contract #032824-OLA in the amount of $52,393.54

Alderman Hanna made a motion to approve with Alderman Morrison seconding the motion. Staff explained that this is for the purchase of a vehicle to update the existing fleet. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for consideration.

C. Approval to Award the Arbor Lakes / Halleck Avenue Lift Station Elimination Project Contract to Haier Plumbing and Heating, Inc. in the amount of $608,135.00

Alderman Hanna made a motion to approve with Alderman Morrison seconding the motion. Staff explained that this is for the removal of two existing lift stations and the installation of a new sanitary sewer infrastructure. All Ayes. Committee forwarded to Council for consideration.
