2.2 Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to sign an IDOT Local Agency Agreement for the resurfacing of West State Street from US Highway 50 to Douglas Avenue and Obernuefemann Road from Carriageway Lane to West State Street.

2.3 Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an Engineering Services Agreement with Horner and Shifrin, Inc., for the Highway 50 at Green Mount Road Project and for the use of Motor Fuel Tax Funds in an amount of $297,435.00.
