There were ten offenders released on parole during the fourth quarter living near Illinois zip code 62226, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by Metro East Sun.
The data shows that nine men and one woman were released in the Vienna zip code. Of these parolees, there were none reported to be veterans, and the median age of the parolees was 34 years old. The youngest parolee was a 23-year-old male sentenced for a crime against justice in 2017, and the oldest was a 51-year-old male sentenced for a crime against justice in 2018.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest was Kenneth M. Lawson. Lawson was sentenced to 15 years in prison for a crime against a person in 2006 when he was 38 years old. He is now 50.
