Rep. Mike Bost, a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, posted a series of tweets highlighting his support for conservative policies and pro-life initiatives in Congress.

On January 20, 2026, Bost marked the anniversary of former President Donald Trump’s second inauguration by stating, “Today marks one year since President Trump was inaugurated for the second time. In just one year, we’ve seen real results for the American people. President Trump and conservative majorities in Congress delivered tax relief through the Working Families Tax Cuts Act, lowered”.

The following day, January 21, 2026, Bost addressed funding for pregnancy centers. He wrote, “Under Biden, pregnancy centers were threatened with policies that would have blocked them from receiving funding for the vital work they do. This week I’m voting for the Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act to protect these critical facilities that provide”.

On January 22, 2026, Bost shared recognition from a pro-life organization: “I’m honored to once again receive an A+ rating from Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America for my pro-life record in Congress. As a father and grandfather, I will continue standing strong in defense of the God-given rights of the unborn and support policies that protect life at every”.

Mike Bost has represented Illinois’ 12th congressional district since defeating William L. Enyart in 2014 with 52.5% of the vote. He subsequently won reelection against Charles Baricevic in 2016 (54.3%), Brendan Kelly in 2018 (51.6%), Raymond Lenzi in 2020 (60.4%), and Chip Markel in 2022 (75%).
