The City of Roxana, Illinois, recently held its Fire Tax meeting to hear committee reports and various unfinished business agenda items.
After the meeting was called to order and roll call was taken, the committee read and approved the minutes from its most recent meeting. It then went through some agenda items related to communications and notices before tackling receipts and bills for the month.
The president, vice president, secretary and treasurer gave reports to the committee. Afterwards, the group went over some unfinished business, which included notification that D. Trask would assume the duties of secretary and treasurer. In the final agenda item for the meeting, the committee briefly discussed some new business before adjourning.
