The Alton Amphitheater Commission will meet at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, in the City Hall lunchroom, located at 101 E. Third St., Alton.
After approving the minutes from its December meeting, the commission will examine current financial reports and bills, including the ASCAP report and the SESAS bill for $755.
The commission will then discuss upcoming events and event requests. Scott Rardin of Alton’s Best Cabs is requesting that a designated taxi stand be put up at the amphitheater. The commission will also review the Great Rivers Tourism Summit event and hear from Lee O’Conner from Racemaker Productions.
Before adjourning, the commission will give a sponsorship update and take comments from the public.
