The Wood River Township Board recently met to review two pressing ordinances and discuss the 2016 board meeting schedule.
After approving the minutes from its previous meeting, approving the month’s bills and listening to the treasurer’s report, the board moved on to old business agenda items.
Mr. Detmers made a motion, which was seconded by Mr. McRae, to approve Ordinance 2015-5 dealing with the Wood River Township Road and Bridge District Levy. Mrs. Hoffman motioned to approve Ordinance 2015-6, which addresses the Wood River Township Levy. The board passed both ordinances unanimously.
On the new business front, the board examined the Wood River Township Schedule of Board Meetings for 2016 and also approved the Wood River Township Holiday Schedule for 2016.
