Alton Amphitheater Commission details latest meeting minutes
The City of Alton Amphitheater Commission met at 4 p.m. yesterday, May 19.
The Alton Amphitheater Commission is tasked with overseeing the management of the Alton Amphitheater facility and coordinating the city's various departments. The commission can agree to contracts, leases, licensing and other binding agreements related to the maintenance and operation of the Alton Amphitheater. Contracts are not permitted to exceed the fiscal year in which they were made without City Council approval.
