Madison Board of Police and Fire Commissioners met April 25.
Here is the agenda provided by the Board:
1. Confirm quorum; review and approve agenda, subject to adjustment of sequence of items by the chair unanimous consent if no objection
Commissioners Hamdan, Yapp, and Enemuoh-Trammel may participate by telephone.
2. Correspondence of Marsha Rummel, President, Madison Common Council, regarding the matters Sharon Irwin, Complainant, vs. Police Chief Michael Koval, Respondent, and Shadayra Kilfoy-Flores, Complainant, vs. Police Chief Michael Koval, Respondent
Note: The PFC will not invite or allow appearances by or submissions from the parties to those matters or from other persons.
3. Adjourn
The Commission may during the course of item 2 upon proper motion convene into closed session for one or more of the following purposes, authorized as noted by Wisconsin Statutes: deliberating concerning a case which was the subject of a quasi-judicial hearing, WS 19.85(1)(a); considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation of a public employee, WS 19.85(1)(c); considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons, WS19.85 (1)(f); and conferring with legal counsel with respect to litigation, WS 19.85(1)(g). The Commission may there in after reconvene into open session to continue its proper business.
