E. 2017-248 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Wholesale Direct, Inc., to furnish and deliver automotive emergency lighting, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period November 1, 2017 through October 31, 2018, for a contract total not to exceed $20,000.00; Per renewal option under bid award 16-188- JM, first of three options to renew
F. DT-P-0366-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to DVL Enterprises, Inc., dba Tandem Promotions and/or MPG Tandem, to furnish and deliver employee uniforms and clothing, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period December 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018, for a contract total not to exceed $27,500.00; Per renewal option under bid award 16-210-BF, first of three options to renew
G. DT-P-0232-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Nicor Gas, to provide natural gas services, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the four year period October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2021, for a contract total not to exceed $83,000.00; Public Utility per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022 “Competitive Bids” (c) not suitable for competitive bids
H. DT-P-0365-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to SNI Solutions, Inc., to furnish and deliver deicing liquids and solids, as needed for the Division of Transportation, for the period December 1, 2017 through November 30, 2018, for a contract total not to exceed $95,000.00; Per ILCS 5/5-1022 “Competitive Bids” (c) not suitable for competitive bids
I. DT-P-0364-17 Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to HDR Engineering, Inc., for Professional Design (Phase II) Engineering Services for the Elgin O’Hare Western Access Corridor Enhancement Project, Section 14-00245-05-LS, for a contract total not to exceed $105,063.75; Professional Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification based selection process in compliance with the Illinois Local Government Professional Services Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et. seq. (50% to be reimbursed by Cook County)
J. DT-R-0372-17 RESOLUTION -- Resolution to support Suburban O'Hare Commission and financial contribution for technical services related to O’Hare Airport Noise Mitigation Project (County cost: Annual membership dues $2,500.00 and technical services $17,500.00)
K. DT-R-0390-17 RESOLUTION -- – Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority for land transfers for the Elgin O’Hare Western Access (Illinois Route 390)
L. DT-R-0391-17 RESOLUTION -- Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of DuPage and the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority for transfer of jurisdiction and deletion of existing CH 26/Thorndale Avenue
M. DT-R-0389-17 RESOLUTION -- Condemnation Authorization for Right-of-Way acquisition for CH 35/55th Street, from Dunham Road to Clarendon Hills Road, Section 11-00302-04-CH, PIN 09-17-203-005
N. Action Item -- DT-R-0157A-15 – Amendment to Resolution DT-R-0157-15, issued to Sebert Landscaping Company, for the 2015 Highway Landscape Maintenance Program, Section 15-LSMTC-00-LS, to decrease the funding in the amount of $107,372.69, resulting in a final County cost of $471,702.31, a decrease of 18.54%
