Edwardsville's Schmidt has 25 receiving yards in William Jewell Cardinals football loss

Edwardsville graduate Hayden Schmidt had 25 receiving yards and one reception in William Jewell Cardinals football's 27-17 loss Sept. 30 to the Missouri S&T Miners at Grenne Stadium.

Schmidt is a 6-3, 210 pound junior tight end from Glen Carbon.
