A. FILED FOR SECOND READING:

1) Ordinance Establishing a Temporary Moratorium on the City’s Educational Facilities Impact Fee – Imposes a temporary moratorium on the collection of the Educational Facilities Impact Fee for properties that are final platted or have a building permit issued between June 6, 2018 and April 30, 2021.

2) Ordinance Annexing Certain Territory to the City of Edwardsville – 3.85-acre Parcel (Plum Street) PID 14-1-15-23-00-000-004 & 14-1-15-14-00-000-006.02 – Annexes a small portion of the site that remained outside City limits.

3) Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Article II, Division 3 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Designation of Stop Intersections) – Pending Recommendation from Public Safety Committee & Public Services Committee

4) Ordinance Amending Chapter 114, Article IV, Division 2 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Limited or Prohibited Parking Areas) – Pending Recommendation from Public Safety Committee & Public Services Committee

B. NEW ITEMS:

1) An Ordinance Amending Chapter 110 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Telecommunications)

2) Ordinance amending Chapter Six of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Edwardsville (Alcoholic Beverages Section 6-34. Classification of Licenses; fees and Section 6-46 Closing Hours) – The Mayor and City staff supports waiving rules and passage of this ordinance amending the Edwardsville Liquor Code on first reading.

3) Resolution Approving the Final Plat of the Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Lakeview Farms Subdivision

4) An Ordinance Approving a Zoning Amendment – Plum Street – Changes the zoning designation of a 15.14 acre tract from R-2 to B-2.

1) Letter from ZBA regarding Zoning Amendment for 333 S. Kansas Street

2) Ordinance Amending Chapter 1242 by Rezoning 333 S. Kansas Street, PID 14-2-15-11-19-401-009 from R-1 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial Business District – Changes the zoning designation of the former site of Alvareita’s School of Cosmetology.

3) Discussion of Mural Relocation from 400 N Main Street
