City of Troy issued the following announcement on June 22.
Sealed proposals for the "Removal of Existing and Installation of a New Roof" for the Troy City Hall Building will bill received at the Administration Office, 116 East Market Street, Troy Il. 62294 until 10 AM on July 17, 2018.
Sealed proposals will be opened and read publicly at the same time and place.
The work includes the removal of all existing roof materials down to the existing wood deck and installation of new roof per the specifications, which are available at www.troyil.us or at City Hall.
Certificate of workers compensation and liability insurance required.
