Q1 real estate sales report: Rosewood Heights

Median prices declined in Rosewood Heights over last year, and are down 17.8 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to first quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From January to March, 16 homes sold in Rosewood Heights for a median price of $79,820. That's 13.1 percent lower than median home sale prices for the first quarter of 2017.

In the first quarter, there were no foreclosures in Rosewood Heights.

Median property tax for homeowners in Rosewood Heights was $2,345.80 in 2017 according to tax data from that year. That means homeowners pay 2.6 percent of their home's value in taxes.
