City of Alton issued the following announcement on Sept. 5.
Effective immediately (9/5/18, 9:00 AM), Lampert Street from East Broadway to Denny Avenue is closed for street repairs until further notice.
ROAD CLOSURE NOTICE:
Stanley Road will be closed to traffic between the hours of 8:00
a.m. through 4:00 p.m. effective Wednesday 9/12/18 ending
Friday 9/14/18. Road will be open to traffic nightly after 4:00 p.m.
