Granite City Community Unit School District 9 recently issued the following announcement.
Dental Safari can provide (at any grade level) dental exams, cleaning, fluoride, and sealants as needed to Granite City School District students when they come (see schedule below) to each school. Parent/Guardians need to complete the permission form attached or go online to register: www.DentalSafariCompany.com.
Please turn in the permission form 2 weeks prior to them coming on these dates:
Wilson – September 24 & 25 (if needed)
Grigsby – September 26 & 27 (if needed)
Coolidge – September 28, 2018
GCHS – September 28, 2018
Prather – November 27 & 28 (if needed)
Frohardt – February 11, 2019
Maryville – February 12, 2019
Mitchell – February 22, 2019
Proof of Dental Exams are required for all students entering Kindergarten, 2nd, & 6th grades. 8th graders can turn in their forms now to count for the new 9th gr requirement next year. Please turn in proof to your school nurse from your dentist OR take advantage of this opportunity at school.
