Alhambra home prices rise in the second quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Alhambra rose by $27,362 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,862 - a 21.3% increase over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Alhambra in the second quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Alhambra for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,925.20, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2018.
