Maryville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Maryville rose by $42,500 while total sales increased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,500 - a 23% increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Maryville in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Maryville for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $4,130.30, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
