Swansea home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Swansea rose by $10,000 while total sales increased by 8.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 116 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 107 homes sold in Swansea in the second half of 2016.
